A young man sits at an outdoor memorial for a fallen pilot. At the appropriate time in the service, a V-formation of Huey helicopters fly overhead, except one is missing. Behind the formation in the distance, is a lone Huey with white smoke trailing. The lone Huey is symbolic of the fallen.
The young man sitting there, with a tear of sadness in his eye for the loss of his friend, wonders is tomorrow my day?

It truly is a solemn day in our home. We honor especially Tim’s Dad Thomas Marvin OWEN Jr. killed in Battle of Okinawa on May 25, 1945. And my heart goes out to all those Huey pilots who risked their lives to retrieve our wounded and worn. My beloved brother, Mitchel Perdue, said they sounded like angels flying into the Mekong Delta to retrieve them when they had no other outlet from their enemies! I read your friends’ names with the deepest reverence🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
